2006 Registration

The instructions for Fall 2006 registration are as follows:

1)       Open and print each attachment—or at least the ones you need to mail in.
Fall Schedule
Class Descriptions
Student Sign-up Sheet(Schedule Request Sheet)
ExCEL Membership Application
ECHO Information

2)       Look over the class schedule and class descriptions pages.
3)       Carefully read the ECHO Information sheet so you are in the know.
4)       Fill out your ExCEL Membership Application if you are new this term or if there are changes in your information—like a change of address.
5)       Fill out your Family’s ECHO Schedule Request Form in PENCIL.  If you are selecting a class for your child with a size limit, put down a second choice in case it is full.  If you are teaching a class or have arranged with the teacher to be an assistant in specific classes, you may put those down for your duties.  If you are entitled to periods off you may request which periods you’d like off.  For other periods, you may request up to one period to be a hall monitor/back up.  You can put down suggestions for other classes you’d like to help in.  We will do our best to accommodate people’s registration requests in the order we receive them.
6)    Mail the Membership application (if you are new or there are changes in your address or information) and your ECHO Schedule Request Form with your check (Made out to ExCEL) to:

                              ExCEL Academic League
                              Leann Collins
                              432 Dale Rd.
                              Washougal, WA 98671

Teachers will be given the first priority in the event that two registrations are received at the same time.

  1. Registrations received after August 15th, 2006 will be considered late and are subject to a $10 late fee.  Registrations on the first day of co-op will be subject to a $25 late fee.  Some classes might be closed after the August 15th deadline for additional students because of the time needed to order supplies for the new term.

  1. We will be emailing teachers their class lists the week of August 21st so that they can plan.
  1. Classes run September 8th through December 8th with no classes November 24th (Thanksgiving week) for a total of 13 weeks of classes.

    •  You may pay ½ when you register and the balance on the first day of class on September 8th if you would like.
